Quick and Easy PEANUT BUTTER Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
7 ounces sugar
1 egg
Mix thoroughly, shape into roughly 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet, press each with fork dipped in sugar in crisscross shape...
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
NOTE:
Will still be very soft but bottom will burn and cookie will be too hard if baked longer than 12 minutes. Allow to Cool at least 30 minutes before eating.
