Sweet Potato Casserole
1 32 oz can Yams (drained)
1 stick Margarine
1 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
2 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup Mini-Marshmellows
Combine all ingredients except marshmellows using electric mixer until
well blended. Pour into aluminum baking pan 13x2x9 top with marshmellows
(cover completely) Bake at 350 until marshmellows golden brown.
